All brand packages require you to create a Pinterest Inspiration Mood Board and fill out a Brand Questionnaire before your project start date. These items will be discussed in further detail during your initial design meeting. There will be 1-2 initial design meetings before we begin any design work. Once the project is started primary communication will be done via our Client Portal software, which is designed to help us not only stay organized, but allows us to share information, make comments and approvals on tasks and keep the project on schedule. You will also have access to work with us via email, text, phone or video calls throughout the duration of the project at anytime.
All final logo designs, business cards and social media graphics will be in a closed file format (not editable). Some packages include brand collateral items that will be editable files and that will be notated in the project proposal before the project begins.
